Spotlight!!
Troy Lopez
(T-Roy)
Troy has been with the Hawgs a little over a year and half. He’s exactly what a coach wants, he plays hard on every play, he gives 100% effort at everything he does. Troy is one of catchers and is developing into a pitcher.
Troy’s parents are Coach Brandyn and Ashley Lopez, older brother Noah and little brother Dylan. Coach Brandyn handles all the stretching, agility, and pre game warm ups. Ashley has become a huge help in fundraising and planning for the Hawgs! Thank y’all for your loyalty and commitment to the Hawgs!
We love yall!!
Spotlight!
Samuel Allen
(Samo)
Sam came to us when we were already a well established team, he had zero travel ball experience. He has unbelievable work ethic which has put him in a spot on this team where he battles with the top players. He has worked his tail off to become one of our ace pitchers and outfielders.
Samuels parents are Coach Grover And Mollie Allen, little sisters Sarah Kate and Miss Savannah! Coach Grover works with our pitchers and Mollie is one of the boys biggest cheerleaders. Thank yall for your commit and dedication to the Hawgs!
We love yall!
Spotlight!!
Jensen Whited
(J Money)
Jensen had been with Hawgs a little over a year now. He plays ss and pitches for us. Jensen is a great teammate and works really hard to continue to get better at every facet of the game. Jensen loves to compete and always shows up in the big moments.
Jensens parents are Brandon and Jennifer Whited, they also have older brother Maddox that plays travel ball with the Hawks and little sister Remy! The Whited’s are a huge part of the Hawgs! Thank you for your commitment to us.
We love y’all!
Spotlight! Also birthday boy!
Bryce Gentry
(B)
Bryce has been playing baseball for me about 4 years. Bryce plays 3rd base and is one of our most dominate pitchers. He is a great teammate and loves to compete.
Bryce’s parents are Jonathan and Kailyn Gentry and his older sister Kinsley. They weren’t sold on travel ball at first but after the first year they have fell in love with it. Thank you for your loyalty and commitment to the Ballhawgs!
Happy Birthday Bryce!
We love y’all!
Truth!!
Spotlight!
Jett Jackson
Jett has been with the Ballhawgs since day 1. He is so fun to watch. He makes tough plays look easy. He plays infield, outfield, and has become one of our top pitchers. He’s a great teammate and the game of baseball comes easy to him.
Jett’s parents are Waz and Alicia Jackson. They are a busy family. Jett’s older brother Ross plays travel baseball and his younger brother TyTy is starting travel ball this year. Then the youngest sweet Carmen is the sister to all these boys. Thank you Waz and Alicia for all you do.
We love y’all!!
Spotlight!
Cleet Mullinax
Cleet is the reason that I coach. He plays infield and outfield and still developing as a pitcher. He finished the fall 9u season with the highest batting average on the team. Ballhawgs is life for Cleet.
Coach Adam Mullinax is Cleet’s dad and Keely Winsett is his stepmom. He has an older brother Jase and little sister Maisyn. Alisha Daugherty is Cleet’s mom.
How about them Hawgs!
Spotlight!!
Graysen Clarke
(G Baby)
Graysen has been with the Ballhawgs from day 1. He plays outfield and first base. He is the only Ballhawg to hit a homerun over the fence. He did that in 8u and in 9u. Graysen loves his teammates and coaches.
Graysen’s parents are Warren and Alexis Newman. He has an older sister Neveah, younger brother Kason, and little sister Miss Emberlyn. He always has the biggest cheering section with Aunt Pam, grandmother Angel and dad Chris!
We love y’all!!
Spotlight!!!
Jaxon Tarrant
(ESPN)
Jaxon has been with the Ballhawgs since we started. He plays everywhere! Jaxon is working on developing into a pitcher and first baseman. He’s always up for a new challenge. He’s a leader and a great teammate!
Jaxon’s mom is Amanda Tarrant and older brother Connor, who also plays travel baseball. Not sure how she balances both boys but she’s always there. Thank you for commitment to the Hawgs!
We love y’all!!
Spotlight!!
Hunter Farmer
(Wildcat)
Hunter has been with me longer than anyone else, I believe I’m the only baseball coach he has ever had. Hunter plays outfield and is developing into a very solid pitcher for us. He seems to always come up clutch when we need it the most. Rather is laying down a bunt or hitting a huge in the park homerun in a World Series game.
David and Rita Farmer are Hunters parents and little sister Kennedy! Their dedication to the Hawgs and their loyalty to me as their coach is just a few of the things that make them great. We appreciate all that y’all do!
Thank you so much. We love yall!!
Spotlight!!
Cam (Camo) Medlock
Camo is the kid that keeps the team laughing. The kid has never made an error in his life if you asked him. He plays catcher, infield, outfield, and is starting to pitch. He has the prettiest swing and is an unbelievable teammate. He is a nightmare on the bases for other teams.
Cam’s parents are Coach Scott and Lindsay Medlock and older brother Cade. Coach Scott and I played together at 10 and 11 years old and now to see our sons play together is something special. Now to Lindsay, she wanted nothing to do with travel baseball to start with, but things have surely changed. She’s the boys number 1 fan and caretaker.
Thank yall for always opening up your house for this team.
We love yall!!
Spotlight!!!
Brody Yeager
(Randy Johnson)
Brody is the first kid I ever coached from this team! He plays first base and pitches. He is one of the hardest workers on this team. When he started, he wasn’t ready for this level of baseball but countless hours of work have made him an elite first baseman and now he’s transitioning that work to pitching where he has become just has dominate. Brody is a leader by example. Super proud of how far he has come.
Coach Clayton Yeager and Whitney Yeager are Brody’s parents and older brother Bentley! Coach Clayton is the glue that holds this whole thing together. He is the one that puts in a lot of time and effort without much recognition. Whitney is dedicated to her son’s sports and the Ballhawgs!
Thank yall for everything you do! We love yall!
So we are going to do a spotlight player every couple days in the off season. Today we are starting with the youngest player on our team.
Jace Ferguson
Jace has been with the Ballhawgs almost 2 years now. He is Mr utility! He plays catcher, infield, outfield, and has started pitching. Jace is only 8 and could still be playing coach pitch 8u but he’s to good for that. He’s a huge asset to the Hawgs and we are so happy to have him.
Jaces parents are Jake and Jessie Ferguson! Coach Jake is an assistant coach on the Hawgs and Jessie is the life of the party. For over a year his parents and him drove from Niceville every week for practice to be part of the Hawgs. They moved to Panama City last June and it has been so awesome to have them around for everything.
We love y’all!!

If you are part of an 8u,9u,10u, 11u baseball team then I want to invite you to come be part of this event to help this beautiful little girl and her family. Her older brother Graysen has played baseball for the Bay County BallHawgs Baseball for the past 2 years. We are so appreciative of South Walton Hawks 9U and Panhandle Hurricanes for approaching us about this idea. Let’s make this a big deal!

Thank you to all the sponsors and players this weekend! We really appreciate every thing! Go Hawgs!!
Great day!! Tomorrow means more!
Let’s Go!!
Sitting here thinking over this past 8u season. From August 1 2022 to August 1 2023. We played in the championship game in every weekend tournament we entered but 1. We won all of but 4. We finished with a combined record of 43-9! 7 of those 9 losses came to the same 3 teams.
We stepped up and played 9u kid pitch and went 9-9 and made it to the championship game in 3 out 4 tournaments. Finishing 2nd in all 3.
We have never held a tryout and never will. We started with 2 6u teams out of Southport and filled in the missing pieces with others. There’s no superstar on this team but we are solid 1-12! We work and we have fun! So proud of them!
They deserve all the credit! Us 4 coaches are just there to point them in the right direction. They are the ones playing their butts off and grinding everyday! How about them Hawgs!!!!
We made ESPN radio!!
Number 3 on the year for Graysen!
