Happy ugly sweater day! I don’t know about you, but all my attempts at decorating an ugly sweater cookie end up rather cute!

Now taking orders for Christmas treats! Order by Dec. 18 to ensure you get them in time! I will be making deliveries the 22nd and 23rd. I will have a few sugar free treats this year, but they will all contain dairy.

Just delivered an order to a frequent macaron customer. Her daughter recently returned from a trip to Europe and she gifted me a wonderful keychain from a French macaron company! I cannot express how it warms my heart to know my treats are memorable enough that someone thought of me while on trip across the world where the treats I have made for them originated! ❤️❤️🇫🇷

Last minute unicorn cake order! 2 layer chocolate cake with buttercream. The horn and ears are marshmallow fondant. Gluten and dairy free!

Tomorrow I will be delivering an order of 6 dozen macarons! Half blackberry with cream cheese frosting, half pistachio with buttercream! I have never made black colored or pistachio macarons so it was a great learning experience for me! I am so honored I was able to bring the bride's vision to life for her bridal shower!

Hello faithful followers! I promise I did not disappear permanently! Memorial Day through the middle of July is travel softball season for one of my daughters and we spend every weekend in another town playing ball. The weeks in between are spent cleaning and restocking the camper, and catching up on household chores so I have little time for extra baking. But, I am back! I am currently working on a big custom order of bridal shower macarons! First batch of shells is resting, can anyone guess the flavor?

Delivered 3 dozen custom cookies for a young lady's high school graduation this evening! These were fun to make!

Treat that special lady in your life to something delicious this Mother's Day! As always, all products are gluten and dairy free! Dairy products can be used upon request, but all products will always be gluten free.

Order by Sunday evening (5/7) to ensure delivery on either Friday (5/12) or Saturday (5/13).

Filled chocolates:
$10/dozen- Peanut butter, caramel, marshmallow, or almond nougat
$15/dozen- raspberry truffle
$18/dozen- cherry cordial
$12/dozen- variety (2 of each)

Cookie flower bouquet:
$25/dozen cookies arranged in a bouquet

Macarons:
$15/dozen- chocolate with strawberry buttercream and lemon with raspberry buttercream (dozen of one flavor or 6 of each)

4 inch no bake cheesecakes:
Almond/pecan or Oreo crust. Can be made with dairy cream cheese and sour cream, goat chevre and dairy free sour cream replacement, or dairy free vegan cream cheese and sour cream replacements (will still contain gelatin so would not be a vegan product). Toppings available for $2 additional per cheesecake. Choices are caramel, Oreo crumbles, or raspberry or strawberry compote.

Thursday and Friday brought in a couple of last minute orders for Sunday birthdays!

First is a sugarless, flourless chocolate torte with whipped cream and fresh berries. This one is not dairy free, but can be made that way. It can also be made with sugar. This one uses Lily's chocolate to avoid the sugar, but regular chocolate can also be used.

Second was a small simple "root beer float" cake! The cake itself was root beer flavored and the frosting was cream soda dairy free buttercream! There was an issue with the first round of baking and it wasn't suitable to make a cake out of, but it will be perfect for root beer float cake pops, so watch for those soon!

Easter offerings! Order by Tuesday to get delivery by Friday.

Paint Your Own Cookies- $20/set (6 egg cookies, 2 "pallette" cookies, 2 paintbrushes), dip brush in water and use icing dots as paint to decorate cookies like water color! Choices of paint colors are red, blue, teal, pink, and yellow!

Decorated Cookies- $25/dozen, either royal icing or vegan buttercream.

Carrot Cupcakes with Vegan (or dairy) Cream Cheese Frosting- $20/dozen

Filled Chocolate Eggs- $2.50 each, choice of fillings are peanut butter, dairy free caramel, marshmallow, and dairy free "cream eggs" (similar to Cadbury)

Next week I will start posting Easter offerings. I have a some new treats I am super excited about!

Two different custom birthday orders going out today! Chocolate and huckleberry cake with buttercream frosting (customer provided their own huckleberries for extra yumminess!) and 40th birthday cookies!

Where are my chocolate lovers? Three St. Patrick's Day offerings for the chocolate obsessed!

•Chocolate cupcakes with creme de menthe* frosting- $20/dozen

•Brownies with creme de menthe* frosting and chocolate ganache- $20/16 squares (8x8 pan)

•Chocolate coated chocolate cookie crumb "shot" glass filled with Irish cream* no-bake cheesecake- $15/4. These can be made with dairy, completely animal dairy free, or using a goat cheese chevre in place of the cream cheese and vegan sour cream!

*Creme de menthe and Irish cream flavors are from flavored syrups and contain no alcohol.

Speaking of cakes, here is a sampling of some cakes I have made over the years for family and friends! I have tried a few times to make an album and they never load, so I guess I will put them here!

2 birthday cakes this week! A 2 layer chocolate cake with chocolate frosting for a hockey loving young lady turning 21.

The other was for my daughter. She designed it and picked flavors, helped make and tint the fondant, and made the quilted pattern on the bottom. Her top tier is 3 layers of chocolate. The bottom is 2 layers of white. Huckleberry buttercream for all of it!

I will be working on some birthday cakes and other orders this week, but starting next week I will post more St. Patrick's Day treat offerings!

I am sorry I have been slow to post about my Valentine's offerings. Those of you who are also personal friends with me know, I have a very sick child at the moment who spent the past 3 days home from school and was running fevers close to 106 yesterday, so my time has been very divided. He appears to be over the worst of it today, but after 2 sleepless nights and the stress of yesterday's fevers, I am pretty wiped out. Very shortly, I will post a list with everything I will be offering. I am hoping to have examples made for pictures in the next few days, but it may not happen. Baking and candy making is usually my happy place, so it may do me good. However, I don't do my best work when I am so drained. Thank you for all your patience and support!
