Welcome to Meals by Shannon. I’m Shannon 👋 School teacher, yoga teacher, mom of 3 and major food lover.
Cooking, baking and creating wholesome meals has always been a passion of mine. I’m a firm believer that food is fuel- I love fuelling my family with meals that benefit the mind and body.
As a mom, I know how challenging it can be to eat healthy. At the end of the day it’s a lot easier to give in to fast food then to go home to make a home cooked meal. My goal is to be able to support you on your healthy eating journey by creating healthy wholesome meals that are ready to go for the week!
