Vision: This dismal economic situation can be corrected if the politicians, administrators, and the public make concerted efforts. Corruption, which has become endemic and eats away much of the developmental resources needs to be curbed.

Odisha must strive to reach at least the all-India level of per capita income and no person should remain under the BPL by 2036.
