🍪Cookie Cake or Brownie Cake $35- single layer 8inch chocolate chip cookie cake slab, or double chocolate brownie slab, topped with a frosting border and a custom message up to 8 letters long!

I absolutely love making simple cakes. This was a vanilla sponge layer cake filled with bavarian cream and chopped strawberries, frosted in swiss meringue buttercream.

I used my spatula to create the natural scalloped edge, and topped it off with some swirls and fresh strawberries 🍓😍

Inspired by the Plinko board in the popular game show, this cake was for teachers and staff going back to school!

The bottom tier is decorated with fondant strips, to mimic the border of the plinko game board, top tier has the name tag of game show contestants as well as plinko chips!
