Our thoughts and prayers go out to little Samyah Bailey, who turns 2 in December. She is currently in critical yet stable condition after undergoing three emergency surgeries.
Teen arrested after toddler shot in the face in Staten Island A toddler was blasted in the face by a heartless gunman yesterday in front of her horrified family in the courtyard of their Staten Island housing project, authorities said.
Hope everyone on Staten Island has their power back and dry basements!
