Ingredients:
16 oz Macaroni noodles
2 Lbs ground turkey
1 white onion
1 1/2 cup Beef broth
15 oz diced tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar *optional*
2-3 Tbsp Tomato paste
Minced garlic (3-4 cloves)
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
Bay leaves
Italian seasoning

•Begin by cooking hamburger and onions in a large pot on medium heat. Once onions are translucent, add in minced garlic
•Add in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings to taste preference
•Let simmer on medium/low heat until ready for the noodles. The longer you let it simmer the more flavor that develops. **If you choose to let it cook/sit for longer than about 10 minutes you may need to add more broth.**
•Increase temperature back up to a medium/high heat and add noodles to pot. Cover and stir periodically until noodles are cooked completely
•If you want yours cheesy, go ahead and sprinkle cheese to cover your goulash then place lid on pot and allow to cook for a few more minutes or until cheese has melted!
