The difference between disagreement and opposition and our critical standard

Before we know the religious attitudes of a society, it is very important that we know the social attitudes of those people, because these same social attitudes, when they take the form of religious attitudes, take over everything like a terrible hurricane. We should be doing significant work in any sphere of life. We are always faced with two kinds of attitudes, one is a divisive attitude and the other is a hostile attitude.
There is a clear difference between disagreement and opposition, disagreement is not with a person, but sometimes with a person's words, while opposition is not with something but with the person who is talking. Disagreement is positive, you listen to someone's opinion and let them know your opinion, and in a friendly atmosphere respect each other's opinion and think well of each other, and vice versa. The second name is, we come down to people's identities, our critical standard in opposition becomes so low, dirty and smelly, that we can't separate the details from the whole in our passion, and gradually this issue takes us straight to the personalities. Unilever Tea Factory Khanewal (Pakistan) Workers have taken a rally in relation to the maintenance of their rights and protested peacefully under the leadership of Leaders (Fakhar Imam Shah, Irfan Butt, Yasir Malik, Irshad Shah,And Muhammad Ali pervaiz) at the factory gate against the administration of Unilever administration. Silence of Unilever administration is taken out of jobs illegally. Their dues are not paid, , the decision of court to restore the workers was blown in the air. Poor factory workers have been cutting the circles of the courts for ten years, but the Unilever administration is deliberately hanging the case for no reason. And now the tea business is being sold separately from the Unilever company in silence due to which the future of affected workers is in more danger.
We strongly appeal to international labour/workers organizations, from law enforcement agencies, All human rights organizations also the Chief Executive Officer Unilever Company and Chief Executive Officer Ekaterra Company for cooperation with us and our employment should be restored.
In this time of dearness how can we meet with needs of our families so if we don't get justice, we will be forced to commit su***de with childrens whose responsibility will be imposed on you.
