This cookie is a pistachio and white chocolate chunk vookie. The cookie is stuffed with homemade pistachio cream and contains pistachio nuts.🤤

My fondest memory as a kid was my 6th birthday.  My parents decided to hold a surprise birthday party for me (parties used to be a big deal in 2002).

I remember my mum dressing me in a brand-new dress and white doll shoes (getting new clothes or shoes used to be a big deal). it was a soft cream dress with pink flowers it looked smooth and delicate like something out of a movie. 

My dad then completed the look with a pink bucket hat and a teddy bear. 

Aki niliringa! I was untouchable.

I was on cloud nine the whole day, I was sure nothing could beat that feeling and 20+ years later the only thing that comes close to that joy is delivering cookies to my customers and seeing their smiles and amazement. Nothing beats that feeling, and let's not talk about the awesome feedback I get when they get to try them.

We are not the only ones eying the new seasonal cookies. Mr Coc here is busy giving the new cinabun cookie a bombastic side eye, waiting for a chance to pounce on it. The cookie is inspired by cinnamon rolls.
Ps. Not captured is the cream cheese glaze that goes on top of the cookie to make it the perfect cinnamon roll cookie.

Giant soft cookies with large morsels of milk/ dark chocolate.
Very delicious with a glass of cold milk or a mug of hot spiced tea.

Cookie jar flavor number 4: the orange shortbread cookie with a white chocolate / buttercream frosting. This cookie is just tantalizing. It has a beautiful orange flavor and very little sugar and no eggs. It crumbles beautiful and can be used as an ice-cream topping. It also goes very well with spiced tea.
