Are you Too Busy To Eat ? 🙄
The Busy weekly routine leaves very little time for meal prep or eating balanced meals, all of which help your energy stay up all day, when you need it the most.
What happens here is that your body gets used to burning fewer calories.
Your metabolism will actually slow down to adjust to your daily intake.
Your energy will become very low, because your body is also trying to conserve energy for you, because it knows you are not taking in enough fuel.
Your body will then signal you to want to nap and rest, when you actually need to keep going.
Low blood sugar will trigger a cortisol response that will also release adrenaline.
So now your body is running on stress.
Here are some signs you may not be eating enough….
👉 low energy levels
👉 hair loss
👉 constant hunger
👉 infertility
👉sleep issues
👉 irritability
👉low body temperature
👉constipation
👉 anxiety

Well, here we are, at the beginning of another week.

Are you dreading the week ahead, wondering if you are going to be successful with your plans to make some positive changes, in the midst of a very stressful time.

It takes a lot of strength right now to be able to pick yourself up and decide to commit to yourself and your goals.

In fact, it will take more determination now than ever before, than before 2 years ago.

We are not living the same life right now.

Our bodies have actually changed due to the extra stress that has impacted all of our lives.

So it’s going to be a bit harder to reach your goals this time around.

With extra stress that has built up in our bodies and changed the way it functions, we really have to be careful about how we tackle our goals.

We are more tired now from living in chronic stress from world disasters.

Our body is in fight or flight mode.

So, the chances of triggered adrenal fatigue are even higher, if you haven’t yet hit this point, adrenal fatigue takes along time to heal, and also, stress and healing the adrenals can not coexist.

So, you would have to be careful that reaching your goals doesn’t involve more stress.

I have been through this, and this is why I do what I do. This is why I became an Energy Expert.

Knowing what I know about the adrenals, and what can tip them over the edge, and also what “not to do” to come out of this very chronically fatigued state, I found a lot of Women were doing things that actually made their fatigue worse.

So if stress and adrenal healing can not coexist, and in most cases stress and weight loss can not coexist, and you are working on solving these issues….

My formula is actually more important now than even last year, and maybe more important than I realized.

Which makes me think now, am I here for a reason?

Did you know that your Basal Metabolic Rate burns most of your calories for the day ?

This is why it's important to get your metabolism functioning properly.

If you are constantly doing things that are damaging your metabolism, you are never going to see the results you want, and you are never going to feel as energetic as you would like to.

Common things that may keep your metabolism in sleep mode:

Not eating enough each day!
Doing too much Cardio!
Being too sedentary!
Doing restrictive dieting plans!
Not creating healthy sleep habits/routines!
Not eating enough protein!
A high stress lifestyle!

Just remember, as we age, these processes in our body begin to slow down on their own, so it's important to takes steps now in order to keep this process In your body functioning at it's best.

If left unattended, the process will continue to get more sluggish each and every year, causing an increase in fat storage, and a decrease In healthy muscle mass ( which is the main switch panel for your metabolism).

When we think of strength, we think of physical strength. Being able to lift heavy, and have big muscles.

Strength through, has nothing to do with how much you lift or what numbers are on the dumbbells you are using for your workouts.

Strength is all about "mindset".

Infact, before you can be successful with any kind of program at all and get great results, that takes a lot of strength in your mind.

Those muscles in our mind have to be worked.

We have to be able to recognize goals that are able to be sustained, and routines that are realistic for our lifestyle.

We have to build habits in our life that we are likely to stick to.

We must be committed to wanting to live more of a quality of life, not only right now, but in the years ahead.

We must development that strength in our mindset so that we don't give up when we have a bad day or when things get tough!

We must be stronger than that voice that tells us negative things about ourselves when we look in the mirror.

We must get stronger so we can fight back and build self confidence.

Build that stronger mindset!

Build those habits into our lifestyle step by step!

And when we can do that, we can finally get stronger physically, we can finally start feeling the benefits of what consistent but realistic goals feel like.

We will exude strength in our everyday lives, with ourselves, with our families and kids.

Being Strong in the Mind allows us to be stronger in the body!
