Everybody needs time to just chill and relax and get away from the everyday s**t

So give yourself time if your feeling depressed
Go with it don’t fight try to embrace the feeling of dread and try to think of happy thoughts

though that’s not easy ,getting outside helps even though you don’t want to try even for a few minutes ,

if you can walk in nature a forest or by the sea it will at lest for a while break the racing thoughts

that are going through your brain try to do this every day ,you might not think it helps but it does as someone who suffers with mental health and has.been there trust me it helps your brain heal from the anxiety and worry which is constant

World Su***de Prevention Day is always an opportunity for the world to shine a spotlight on the truth, which is that there is always help, we all need to look after and look out for each other and some of those struggling the most are the best at hiding it.
Never Too Much CEO Paul Davis makes no secret of the fact that he has been there and come back from the edge.

Heartfelt thoughts and wishes to the family of the lovely Nikki Grahame who passed yesterday after a lifelong battle with anorexia and mental health demons.

Kudos to The Sun for their You're Not Alone campaign.

Please don't be ashamed or afraid to ask for help. Those first few words will absolutely be the hardest, but once you start to talk - things start to open up.
