The “Slim Thick or Thick Slim” journey is for women like myself that has a hard time with keeping track & staying focused on their weight goals. The Biggest issue most of us face is lack of organization. I speak solely from experience. I’ve created a FUN interactive journal that not only helps you track your weight journey but also allows you the freedom to skip the necessary days as life happens to us all. This journal offers you the support you need to make it through those tough 1st, 30days of your weight journey. You will have 5days of meal tracking, I do 5days vs 7days because honestly I have a hard time focusing on one thing for too long & for me a break is much needed. You have the freedom within the book to choose your own DATES! Now in this journal we are not only tracking our meals, calories & weight but we are also putting our Mental health first with check ins & a space at the end of your 5day challenge to release your thoughts and express your feelings freely!. Let’s just say you’re going to Track your weight journey, Express your feelings, show gratitude towards the blessings at hand & release that s**t with some childhood fun coloring! This journal is for sure one you’ll love & want to continue after your 30days!. 💜

Now I’m no fool, I know getting my ebook out there will not be easy but for me the hard part is done!
