🐴 Update🐴
As the warm weather as finally arrived and I will be in Essex for the remainder of the year I will be running the ‘Yoga for Equestrians’ classes. Outdoors (yard/arena/paddock), up to 20 people, 45mins.
Don’t forget your horse for a Myofascial Release/ Bowen treatment.
