Nighty footcare routine
Hi everyone. Back with another footcare tips with us. Selalu kita dengar skincare routine je kan. Malamni, admin nak share nightly footcare routine.

Try to spend a few minutes before bed every night taking care of your feet.
1)Wash them in warm water first, using ordinary soap or a foot wash product.
2)Pat them dry (especially between the toes), and apply some foot cream—these are thicker than other moisturizers and often have tea tree oil or peppermint as an ingredient, which has antiseptic qualities and can keep odour and infection at bay.
3) Work the cream into the soles of your feet, but, as with any foot moisturizing routine, try to avoid putting moisturizer between the toes.

DIY Foot Reflexology For Your Best Sleep Ever

How to have a restful sleep to restore your mind and body at night? Foot reflexology is a natural way to reduce stress and improve sleep. You can DIY a foot reflexology session at home easily. Let’s follow these simple steps to calm yourself and stay away from insomnia!

Refer to the chart below as you incorporate this 15-minute reflexology into your bedtime ritual.

Step 1: Relax both feet first. Using your thumbs to press, squeeze, slap or knead your whole foot gently. Then, press and hold your thumbs on the “Solar Plexus” point for 5-10 seconds.
Step 2: Using your thumb to walk through from the base of the heel to each toe. Then, using the outer edge of your thumb or the tip of your forefinger to press the following reflex points for relieving the pains of corresponding areas.

-Head or brain on the top of toes can enhance clarity and positive thinking.
-Pituitary gland in the middle of the big toe can control the hormone secretion of all glands and control your growth.
-Pineal gland on the outer side of the big toe can stimulate the secretion of melatonin to regulate sleep-wake cycles.
-Thyroid gland in the big toe joint can balance the metabolism and help to burn energy effectively.
-Solar plexus or diaphragm within the instep can reduce the stress and make you relax.
-Neck or shoulders on the ridge of toes can release tension.

Step 3: Relax both feet again. Using your thumbs to press, squeeze, slap or knead your whole foot gently. Then, press and hold your thumbs on the “Solar Plexus” point for 5-10 seconds.
Step 4: Use your fingertips walking lightly on the top, bottom and sides of each foot like “breeze stroke”. Repeat this
movement several times to sooth the nerves.

Important Things to Know About Washing and Moisturizing Feet.

Afternoon my lovelies. Back with another foot care with Happi socks. Today admin nak share sikit about washing and moisturing your feet. Feet are sturdy and carry us around all day, they would be dreaming of warm, clean dry socks and a little daily moisturizing attention. Feet love a little care and attention, but just a little! Here are some important things you need to know about washing and moisturising your feet.

1) Don’t over-soak feet! Use warm water, rather than hot, so that you don’t strip away the natural oils. If you have Athlete’s Foot, use cool or cold water instead and don’t apply moisturizer, but use surgical spirit, or ask your pharmacist for a specialist anti-fungal ointment for feet.

2) Feet should be kept warm, dry, and comfortable. Don’t apply so much moisturizer that your feet are squelching in your slippers and shoes! A little foot moisturizer goes a long way, and if you do apply too much pat off the excess and try to let your feet dry out a little for a few minutes before putting socks or slippers on.

3) Don’t moisturize between your toes! And when you dry your feet after washing them, pay particular attention to this area, as moisture here creates the perfect conditions for Athlete’s Foot and other infections to breed. Moisturize the soles of your feet and your heels.
