The Write Start: An Intentional Journaling Workshop for the New Year ✨ In this workshop we will let go of what we don't want to bring into the New Year and step into a space of intentional writing on our goals for the New Year. Read and Radiate: Cultivating Positive Self-Talk ✨ This is a 6 session book club series where we will dive into "The Self-Talk Workout" by Rachel Goldsmith Turow, PhD. Each week we will engage in discussion topics based on each chapter of the book, followed by a 45 minute meditation and sound bath inspired by that weeks reading. I couldn’t believe how much inventory I built up over the last month! I’ll be posting my available necklaces and products over the next few days. These locally sourced sea glass hunnies are available and range in price from $5-10. Local Aquidneck Island delivery is available for free and off island purchases will have the additional cost of shipping.
