They say you need 10,000 hours to be a master in your field.
But 10,000 hours is a long time.
Good thing that time flies by when you’re with good company. ❤️

Sino ba usually ang napapaupo sa likod ng klase? Yung noisy or yung yung late or yung walang homework? 😄
Naka table easel lang kaya nasa likod plus mas malapit sa coffee maker at merienda. 😅☕️

“You don’t learn from the best. You learn by experience.”
Sharing a post by my prof in UP....To my students n the Continuing Studies program, enjoy and learn discoveries and embrace mistakes. As teachers, we can only ignite and inspire you. But, you have to keep the flame burning. So, keep on painting and drawing. Every piece you create, whether it's just for practice or for a show, is significant because it came from your soul. Happy painting experience. - Sir Alfred
Uwi na po dito sir 😅 - Love, your clingy student! 😅✌️

The price of this watercolor brush made me blush!
Sabe ko naman sa inyo e, oil painter talaga ako! Makabili na nga lang ng Lead Tin Yellow ng OH! 😅
Salamat ulit sa mga nagbigay ng mga magagandang watercolor brushes ko. Na appreciate ko lalo ulit ngayon nung bibili na sana ako for the first time ng watercolor brush. 😁❤️
In the 2nd photo are my first watercolor brushes that were thankfully given to me by my fellow artists. Thankful for this community! ❤️
Art excludes, like love, any competition and devours the whole person. Happy Weekend! ❣️

I was asked to focus on one small part of the painting and cover the rest with paper. This way, It won’t be tempting to paint on other parts when it gets hard and frustrating. My patience definitely got tested on this piece, but I’m happy to see that my Biblio Garden is slowly building up. Thanks sir Alfred!

“Nagkamaling color wheel”
Watercolor on paper
May pahomework, ginawa, nagkamali, tinuloy, tinry mag paint sa sobrang bilog na dinrowing, na surprise sa itchura. Ganda e 😂.
I’ve been painting live n**e figures with watercolor for a few weeks now and it’s frustrating already how they always end up looking trash. But this cute little bird surprised me and put smile on my face today. I feel elated. 🫣🤩❤️🩹
Ps gagawa pa rin ng tamang color wheel 😁
