I’m no pro and have no background in design but I’m happy to be given the opportunity to do stuff like this for people and won’t empty your pockets on the work. Holler if you need box stickers for your track. I make them and outsource the printing. They are at your door about a week after being ordered.

Guess I lied about not working on my own stuff. Had to get crafty with this one but cool thing is I used all rebuilder parts from cars I’ve torn apart/rechassis’d/bought and disassembled from other racers. It lost a pound in solder from melting and grinding on the motorbox 😅

Had to take a few days away from social media and get my head back on straight. Been in a dark place lately and just felt like the world was collapsing around me.
Hate to be personal on my “business” page but life’s trials have thrown some lemons at me lately.
Things have to slow down and I need to enjoy the process of creating as well as the fun of racing. Thanks to my friends who support and especially my wife for always talking me out of shutting down the things I’m passionate about. If any of you are ever going through some s**t I promise I’m nicer to others than I am to myself. Please reach out.

Couple of new purchases. Both needed a lot of work but may be lined out now. Not sure. I’m new here.

Tomorrow night I will start chopping away at my first list and want folks to know my game plan. Building all the chassis’ first. After that is done I’ll be doing one body at a time and sending them out as they are done. Until I’m done with this list I cannot and will not do anything slot car related for anyone outside of myself. I’m gonna be busy busy busy on top of my already busy life. Thanks for reading. LONG, VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD POST, IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE FUTURE OF WHERE IM GOING, PLEASE READ

I’m creating a game plan to have some organization and this is everything you need to know if you want a shorty so please bare with me and read this in its entirety

This is the plan moving forward and this will be the only way I’m doing it, effective immediately. I’m opened back up for commissions on shorties only.
I hate commission work but to please people I’m gonna try and I’m gonna put my own interests and builds on the back burner for awhile.
I’ll start compiling a list that goes 10 out at a time. I will not put a promise date on how quick the turnaround is but you will not pay until your project is complete and you have agreed that you want it. Given you are unhappy I post it for sale fair game to anyone. No redos, back of the line if you want a 2nd attempt.

Once my list is completed (this could be 6 months out, could be 16) I will start a new list of 10. Snooze you lose, and that’s how it is. If you message me and say put me on the list and I’m on 6/10, your message will be disregarded. I will go public on this page when a new list opens up and that post will be where you snag a spot

Flat rate of $225 shipped will get you the following:

•painted in my style shorty body, FK can cover, interior card with matching helmet and cage, all painted, 2K cleared wet sanded and buffed. (I’m not the best, I’m not a big car painter with years of experience, I do the best I am capable of)
Absolutely no replicas, absolutely no decals or wraps. I am currently using Tropical Glitz and Splash paints. I will show you what I have and you can choose from it. If you want something I don’t have you can order it and have it shipped to my door.

•no name dragster chassis, jig built in my personal fashion with a pinless styrene mount and poor man’s magnet mount at the nose, bearings at the axle and guide flag in place for the mount. front axle will be in place on the body.
Chassis will be bead blasted and clearcoated

•you will finish your shorty with your own parts , I’ve done the part that takes effort and time.
If you absolutely need me to finish it for you, you send me your parts and I will do it for an additional $25 plus price of any small parts that come out of my personal stock (motor screws, spacers, weights, etc)

WIP

New Giant Killer illustration and logo work coming soon. I got a little preview tonight and was about moved to tears. The absolutely talented Marty Denney has knocked it out of the park again. I’m so grateful for this man’s friendship, mentorship as a hobbyist and artist, and the distance he has gone for me when I throw an idea out there for him to hand draw.
I can’t put into words how much this artist lights up any room he is in. I could go on and on. I just want him to know he’s appreciated and want to shout him out. He deserves more credit than any Facebook post will ever shed light on.
