From time to time you have to try something new. And I honestly have to say that i was really surprised by how good these turned out. Thank you for being an innovative force on the market that tries to change our eating habits in a positive way.

About yesterday: Sometimes you need to experiment a little. Pizza quattro formaggio with spicy salami, pulled pork, garlic and wasabi creme. Against all my expectations, it was super tasty. Dig in!

Tried something new today. Napoletana, but instead of using crushed tomatoes as base I made a mushroom sauce. It was a-w-e-s-o-m-e and I will definitely make this again!

Brioche bun, beef pattie, white sausage, fried onions, "obazda", fresh onions and mustard sauce. Grilled on my Regal 590.
Something seasonal: Pasta with creamy chanterelle sauce. And psssssst, nothing, really nothing gets worse when you add bacon to it.
First time yellow tomatoes. Mozarella, brie, salami, tuna, spring onions, walnuts and honey. Cuoco, 68% hydration. Mixed with Sun 6.
First time Focaccia. With rosemary, olives, garlic and cheese. Amazing!
Birthday bash with my buddies. What suits best? Right, burgers and fries!

2kg prime rib and 600g spider steak, reverse seared, grilled to perfection on my Regal 590.
I honestly believe that you can't overeat on pizza. Different opinion? Get away from me!

Unfortunately not the best pic, but I tried something new that I want to share with you.
Napoletana biancha, but instead of creme fraiche I used ricotta mixed with salt and olive oil as a base. Topped with mozarella, brie, gorgonzola, bacon, salami und selfmade wild garlic pesto.

I'm kinda addicted to making my own buns at the moment. But, I do like some variation, so I tried a few things this time.
Brioche buns with either sundried tomatoes, fried onions, olives or bacon. Each of them tastes wonderful and gives a little extra kick for the right burger.

Selfmade buns + sellfmade sauces + crispy fish = awesome burgers.
Of course I didn't just bake some freaking awesome buns and then don't start a burger feast. What did you expect?

I did some baking today: brioche buns for our next burger feast.
The dough for this buns is extremely wet, but my Sun 6 did a perfect job. Can't wait to try these!
