Hey everyone! 👋
Sharing a bit of a personal update—as some of you have noticed i haven’t been to competitions post-Paris

Unfortunately, an old injury resurfaced as I resumed shooting, forcing me to cancel all my upcoming competitions.

As an athlete, this has been a tough pill to swallow but in the world of sports, injuries are an unfortunate reality.

Currently in recovery mode with my trusty physiotherapist, focusing on rehab, fitness maintenance, and making up some fresh goals for the future. 💪🏋️‍♂️

Massive thanks to everyone for the incredible support! 🙌 Your encouragement keeps the fire burning. Temporarily sidelined but not throwing in the towel.

Stay tuned for my rehab journey updates, and here’s hoping for a comeback in Nîmes! 🇫🇷 Fingers crossed! 🤞

Compound bid for LA28 Olympics unsuccessful, only new sports added World Archery had applied for a compound competition held indoors.

1. Try to aim sort of in the middle
2. Find the courage to release
3. Close your eyes and shoot
4. Don’t look

Last World Cup of the season unfortunately ended for me yesterday. On the morning of individual matches i was feeling very sick and the heat on the field definitely didn’t help 🥵 there were some regrettable shots but oh well.
Can’t wait to go home and have some much needed rest before indoor season starts 😴

I didn’t shoot mixed team due to team manager decision.

My third World championships are over. Sadly only a millimeter stopped me from being in the top 8. Even though the weather was next level bad, the windiest conditions I’ve shot in, i had fun!😌Nonetheless i am super happy with my performance on match day and will be back even stronger 😎

A competition of the 9ths
Qualification went great with a personal best of 706p, sadly can’t say the same about eliminations but i still fought hard but the wind got the best of me so a 9th place for me.
In mix teams with we shot good but sadly had to accept defeat against one of the fields highest scores so again 9th.
Don’t want to talk about teams.
It’s a sore subject.

Super happy to announce that i am officially part of the family ✨
I’ve been shooting the ffp-187 vane since last outdoor season and i can say that they are not going anywhere. Even accidentally shot through a plastic chair when trying to set my sight for 50m and only one vane didn’t survive lol

Didn’t make the 900 club THIS time but did get thrown out of the casino.. next year it wont be a problem though.
Overall great fun 🎰 💸

 

Going home from with a high 5th place. Very bittersweet to miss out on medal matches by one point but i think i shot really good scores. It’s amazing to see how much compound womens scores have gotten higher since last time✨
Can’t wait for the rest of the indoor season :))

 

Had a great time at Kings Of Archery and happy to have made the finals once again and see all of my friends 💕
