Breathe in. Breathe through. Breath deep. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe through. Breathe deep. Breathe out.
These are the lyrics to yet another Taylor swift song I found replaying in my head this past week. When I find myself fixated on a particular song lyric, It brings me so much joy to see it come to life through lettering.
I’ve come to realize that hand lettering is my favorite most grounding form of self-care I can reach for. It brings me this sense of peace and serenity that I can’t find in a cup of coffee or tv show.
The word self care is sometimes so overwhelming. When someone asks you, “what are you doing for self care?”, how do you respond? I go to sleep on time, I watch my favorite tv shows, drink my favorite coffees…why do I not feel like I’ve engaged in any “self-care”?
I’m realizing that self-care takes effort. It can’t just be the things you do everyday. Zoning out in front of a tv show isn’t going to make me feel rejuvenated. It takes making a conscious choice of choosing to engage in activity that gives you life.
This week I’m choosing to conquer the Labyrinth of life through breath and a nice pen. How are you navigating your Labyrinth?

How does one live a life worth living?
When someone is struggling with suicidal thoughts or behaviors, they might struggle to see why life is even worth living. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) sets the ultimate goal of helping someone to achieve a life that is worth living.
In honor of National Su***de Prevention Month 2022, 10% of all proceeds made from the “Live a Life Worth Living” sticker will be donated to American Foundation for Su***de Prevention.

Stick With It ink has always prioritized collaborating with different organizations and members of the community that holds like values. We are proud to have collaborated with Kathryn Booth, OCD Advocate and Social Media influencer on this sticker. Here is her story behind the sticker.
' “Go All In”, a concept much easier said than done, especially in the context of OCD treatment and recovery. For so long I was scared to fully enter OCD treatment, and put my all into getting better through exposure & response prevention (ERP). The idea of facing my greatest fears head-on sounded beyond daunting, and something I felt I wasn’t capable of doing. Little did I know, I was beyond capable of going all in, and that’s the way I would eventually reach recovery.
As scary as it sounds, going all in is the best way to approach OCD treatment, where you will slowly but surely conquer your fears, OCD, and all that prevented you from living your best life. I was so excited to collaborate with .ink to create a sticker that shared this message, and could serve as a reminder for those at all different stages in their OCD recovery journey, because it’s something I still need to remind myself of from time to time. It’s because I chose to go all in, that I’m now in my second year of college away from home, thriving, and living my life to its fullest despite having OCD. While OCD causes so much pain, there is even more hope, which can be found through ERP and by choosing to “Go All In”. '

Taking medication for mental illness can sometimes be tangled up with societal stigma around psychiatric medications. Let this sticker serve as a reminder that 1. You’re an absolute bada$$ and 2. Store bought is fine ❤️❤️
The 𝙏𝙍𝙄𝘾𝙃 is to remember your worth.
Folks suffering from a BFRB often grapple with a great deal of shame. Wrapped up in this shame they sometimes forget just how worthy they are despite their bald spots or polka dot skin ❤️ I hope this sticker serves as a reminder to always remember your worth despite your BFRB.
