Kyndle’s Caramel Apples

Kyndle’s Caramel Apples

C4C was created by a 20 year old college student in an attempt to pay for her college education. All employees are college students as well.

You can find us selling old fashioned caramel apples at the Friday Flings in downtown Palmer throughout the summer

Hello all! It’s another lovely summer in Palmer Alaska. I was hoping to debut my name change this summer at our local Friday Flings. This winter I changed the business name from Caramels for College to Kyndle’s Caramel Apples now that I’ve graduated from college and am a local high school teacher.

Though changing my name, I wanted to maintain the same vision with which I began this business. I hoped that one day I could employ college students or turn the business over to another college student looking to pay his/her way through college.

Unfortunately, there was a huge “miscommunication” between the market coordinator who was in charge at the beginning of the year that prevented me from acquiring my spot this summer.

I hope to be at the flings next summer but I will not be in operation for the entirety of this year. My apologies. I realize now I should have posted about it sooner.

A big thank you to all my loyal customers over the years! I hope to see you all next summer! If you’d like to see me sooner than that you can stop in at the Palmer Visitor Information Center and Museum where I am now working part time this summer!

Don’t forget Colony Days is taking place this weekend. There will be a vendors and events all weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), the picnic on Saturday, and my church (St. John Lutheran) will have a free picnic (open to the public) immediately following the parade. You can find the schedule of events here:

If you don’t like crowds, today is your day to visit the Friday Fling! We might be experiencing a little balmy Palmer weather that might scare away the faint of heart but it’s nothing a tough Alaskan with Xtratufs and a rain coat can’t handle. 😉 See y’all soon! We’ll be open from 11-6.

You can find the caramel apples next to Rollman Family Salmon and the pony rides. 🙂

What a great weekend for Colony Days! Thank you to all those who supported Caramels for College this weekend and helped Kyndle begin to pay off her student loans.

In case you hadn't heard, we are now offering a variety of caramel apple options!
You can still purchase a regular caramel covered apple or you can purchase one coated in coconut or pecans.

If a whole caramel apple on a stick is a little unmanageable for you, I also serve sliced apples drizzled with caramel sauce.

We carry both Gala (red) and Granny Smith (green) apples.

Prices below:
Caramel Apple: $7
Caramel Apple with Coconut Topping: $8
Caramel Apple with Pecan Topping: $9
