The holiday season is fast approaching and we have slightly reduced our schedule over this period from Monday 18th December to Friday 12th January. We will only be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day. All other days remain open so you can continue to get your Pilates fix.

We'd like to welcome both Amie Black (left) & Tina Chau (right) to the KRP family. Both ladies bring a wealth of talent & experience to our Pilates Studio, as well as an increased capacity for more classes so we can help more of you reach your health goals in 2023.

Amie completed her certificate IV in Pilates with Breathe Education. She also has a Bachelor in human nutrition & has worked alongside professional sports teams 🏅
