Tom's Garage Antiques
Located in Wolfforth, Texas (2 miles west of Lubbock)
I spotted this lease sign at Canton a couple of months ago. I did the best I could to save it without overdoing it
Blessed this week with a great deal on a bench and family to help bring it home. It'll make a great welding table and the guy threw in a great vintage Columbian vise.
Looks like it's wheel day!
For me this is the fun part but making a buck doesn't hurt 🙂
Found a couple of things this morning. Curious to see how the pennzoil can cleans up
Got another corner done. Should be back in business shortly
Still a lot to do but the majority of the bigger work is done!
Getting ready for a great weekend! Come on out and see us! There's lots of great vendors and they have cool stuff at great prices! Wild West Vintage Decor JUNK FEST
Picked up a few more things last weekend
This was in my memories from 11 years ago. Paid 100 bucks for it. Things sure have changed!
They say slow and steady wins the race. Well I hope that's right because it's never taken me this long to get a project done in my life 😆. Got a couple of benches built and back to drywall and paint next.
This is taking a lot longer than I thought. The back wall was already half chipboard so I finished it with that. Not the best wall material. The rest will be drywall so should go way quicker. This was just going to be a cosmetic job but a lot of structural stuff had to be dealt with first.
I think this is a cool piece. If anyone has any repurposing ideas or history on this company please let me know
Here's a memory that popped up from 7 years ago. This was without a doubt the coolest sign I've had
Needed a break so went and picked up some really nice pieces today. Got to take a drive and met some great people
Got a few new signs last week
Finally saved up enough money for my first antique car. Marketplace ad said ran when parked and just needs battery. She should be back on the road in no time!
Here's a pretty nice pair of 1965 Texas plates. 75 for the pair
Happy Friday! Here's a preview of some of the things I'll be posting on marketplace soon. Have a great weekend!
Got a really nice piece of Lubbock history today. This one is nfs
I haven't been able to do much the last couple of months but now ready to get back after it. I've been able to pick up a few things, got some good deals from friends that I appreciate also. Looking forward to next year!
It's always fun to see where sold items end up. This longhorn sold yesterday and the buyer got it all cleaned up and fixed the lighting.
Picked up some heavy metal today
Stuff
Bringing in some new inventory. Check out that valvoline oil bottle carrier!
Here are some amazing 1955 1956 Packard parts. I'll be listing them for sale in the next couple of days. Thank you John and Becky Caviness!
Pretty sure someone in west Texas needs a 10 foot longhorn sign
