We want to begin February and Black History Month by honoring a trailblazer in the Ministry. Apostle Frederick Price was someone who has challenged us to change the way we live and love in Christ.
Did you know Apostle Price:
🔴 The First Black televangelist, paving the way for other black pastors to use this form of media to reach the people in 1978.
🟢 Purchased the old campus of Pepperdine University and reconstructed it for his Church DEBT FREE
⚫️ Has the largest sanctuary in the US, seating 10,000 attendants, larger than most mega churches.
🔴 Openly confronted racism in National TV in a 76-week series called Race, Religion, and Racism.
🟢 Influenced support for Black-owned businesses and black-owned banks.
We honor him and thank him for the work he did for our Pastor and many others in leading and molding them to be the Mighty Men of God they are today.
