Sitting here messing with a Heltec V3 Meshtastic node. Also have a Wisblock on the way. Have you used Meshtastic? I plan on using it for SHTF no cell text comms.

The NR30 from is a very underrated radio. It is rugged, waterproof (we tested it) and easy enough to operate that it makes a great radio to give to someone in an emergency. As we saw in Hawaii you need communications during a disaster and cannot rely on anyone else. Stay prepared.
