Falcons sign Kirk Cousins. I just hope it's not for too much money that stops us from signing other players that can make a difference.

02/10/2023

Just heard the ESPN’s take on Fields to the Falcons and, ok, I’ll bite. I’ve never doubted Fields’ talent but how does he get here? Who are we giving up? When? Are we using draft capital? How much time does he get? Hopefully more than 8 damn games!!

25/09/2023

Couldn’t agree more. By far the Falcons GOAT!

24/09/2023

Terrible performance. The hungrier team won today. They were better than us in all phases. Very disappointing.

17/09/2023

Great team win today. Defense showed up when it mattered and our QB has the heart of a lion!! Great win!

17/09/2023

Now. It’s time to end this half strong and start the second half strong. Let’s go!!!

18/08/2023

Wow. Unlucky for Ridder and the offense. So much promise on the first drive. I like what I see. Gotta finish the drive with points.

18/08/2023

Oh My!!!!! What are we watching?!? We look amazing. Long may it continue.

12/08/2023

This team feels different. This could be good.

21/04/2023

I have been hearing over the last few weeks that the edge rusher from Iowa, Van Ness, would be a good fit in Atlanta. Am I the only one who desperately doesn’t want this? He has never started a game for Iowa. What impact can a guy have in the pros who could never break into the starting lineup in college? It all makes no sense to me. Mel Kiper needs to stop propping up these marginal guys into the first round. Van Ness has flop written all over him.

29/03/2023

I’m happy with our FA pickups so far. I believe the Campbell signing will make Grady very happy and so much more dangerous. I would not be surprised if Grady gets a sack a game. At least. Let’s hope Ridder can manage the offense the way we all hope he can. It should be a good season.

05/03/2023

Anthony Richardson was very impressive today. Very tempting. It could be hard to pass on him at #8.

28/01/2023

Instead of drafting a new RT, I think we should sign McGary to an extension (as long as it’s team friendly) and run it back next year. He seems to fit the ‘run first’ system and it think it would be a mistake to start over in that spot. Especially with this offensive system. We need to solidify C and LG and get another WR and focus on defense in the draft and free agency this offseason. Anyone agree?

01/01/2023

Now it’s time for CJ Stroud to show us why he’s worthy of a high first round pick next year. Go Dawgs!!

01/01/2023

That game was wild. Well done TCU

18/12/2022

That is all

18/12/2022

Drake London let down the team today. Protect the fu**in ball bro!!!!! FFS

06/11/2022

We can’t throw the ball. PAssing plays from the QB position is absolute s**t. Complete and total s**t. 200 yards running the ball AT HOME and lose to a team playing their backup WRs. Embarrassing.

25/09/2022

Sweet victory. Mariota needs to take better care of the ball. Patterson is a beast. Richie Grant is becoming what we thought he would be. Excellent performance today.

11/11/2021

Does anyone else think the Rams won’t win s**t with that walking cancer in their locker room? Diva WRs always destroy a team. He hasn’t even earned the right to be a diva. It’s quite funny.

07/06/2021

Question. How many targets will Julio get in Tennessee? In that offense, I’m thinking between 6-8 targets. They run a lot and Brown will demand the ball too. What do you all think?

06/06/2021

Sad day guys. Sad, sad day. I hope Fontenot and Smith haven’t fu**ed up the team. I never thought I’d see this. Sad day.

25/05/2021

If the Falcons have no money to sign their draft picks, how the hell are they signing free agents? Makes no sense. Is the Julio thing all a ruse? Something is not adding up. I know they have some funds but with all the Julio stuff blowing up, signing someone, especially a WR, looks odd. Hopefully they can work something out.

Now that the draft is over, I think the Falcons did well. Overall, I think it's a very good draft and the GM and HC stuck to the plan and got guys that can contribute from day 1. Pitts is the real deal but I think the steal of the draft may very well be Ogundeji. I like his length but he may need to add a few pounds to make a real impact. I really like the Mayfield pick too. This dude looks like a monster and with the right coaching, our line problems may just have been reduced significantly.

During the draft, the Falcons picked up AJ McCarron to be the backup QB. This may turn out to be a savvy move by the Falcons which will buy them time to figure out a long term QB solution after Ryan is gone. I have a feeling we may be waiting for a certain Atlanta native to figure out his legal issues, as the team he's currently on my have to move on from him. It's going to be a very interesting season and I'm looking forward to seeing this team, with this new coaching staff, in action.

30/04/2021

Great pick. This dude is a monster.

I decided to scale down my mock draft to the top 10. Drafts are impossible to predict and so much can happen but this is my first time doing this and I'm trying to be a logical with my selections as I can. This mock was done as if there are no further trades before the draft night. I've stated the reason for my selection for each pick so let me know your thoughts.

NFL Mock Draft
1. Jacksonville Jaguars – Trevor Lawrence – QB – Clemson
Obvious and most popular choice in this spot. Lawrence should be at minimum a solid pro and has potential to be among the elite players in the league but we have seen consensus #1 picks fail before. He’s succeeded everywhere he’s been but now comes the big test. Being the #1 pick comes with it's own pressure.

2. New York Jets – Justin Fields – QB – Ohio State
Most pundits have the Jets taking Zach Wilson here but the Jets needs someone with pedigree who’s played in big games and can start a genuine buzz in the fanbase. Fields ticks all those boxes and is probably the most physically gifted QB in this draft. Lots of Falcons fans want Fields but I can't see the Jets passing on him or Fields getting to #4.

3. San Francisco 49ers (from HOU via MIA) – Zach Wilson – QB – BYU
Wilson falls to the 49ers here and ends the Jimmy G experiment, if he can beat him out in training camp. The QB competition in camp should be interesting to watch here.

4. Atlanta Falcons – Kyle Pitts – TE – Florida
Many Falcons fans would love to see Trey Lance selected here but I’m going the safe route and taking Pitts. Players with Pitts’ skill set don’t come around very often and Lance could turn out to be the biggest bang or bust player in this year’s draft. I’m not much of a gambler and the Falcons can’t afford to miss on this pick so barring a trade, Pitts should be the guy here.

5. Cincinnati Bengals – Penei Sewell – OT – Oregon
I’m tempted to go with Ja’Marr Chase here, as Joe Burrow needs weapons to work with and AJ Green has had some injuries but Burrow was sacked 32 times and knocked out early with a season ending injury so he needs protection. Cincy has a rich history of drafting All Pro offensive linemen and continue that tradition here.

6. Miami Dolphins (from PHI) – Ja’Marr Chase – WR – LSU
Tua needs weapons in South Florida and Chase is the best WR available in a rich WR draft. No brainer here.

7. Detroit Lions – Micah Parsons – ILB – Penn State
Statistically speaking, Detroit has the worst defense in the NFL. If anyone is going to reach for a defender relatively high in the draft it would be the Lions and I see that happening. They were last in yards and scoring and they are hoping Parsons can make an impact here. Any improvement for them is a positive.

8. Carolina Panthers – Trey Lance – QB – North Dakota State
As stated above, Lance is the biggest bang or bust player in this year’s draft. His physical tools are without question. My concern is the level or competition and what we have seen on tape from him. He may turn out to be the next Patrick Mahomes or he may be the next Tim Tebow. We just don’t know yet.

9. Denver Broncos – DeVonta Smith – WR – Alabama
The Broncos need weapons and adding the Heisman Trophy winner is a good and safe move for them. His size and durability is a concern for me, as the NFL is no joke but I think he’s a phenomenal playmaker who can thrive in the right system.

10. Dallas Cowboys – Patrick Surtain II – CB – Alabama
Dallas’ defensive backfield is abysmal. Surtain should start immediately for the Cowboys.

If anyone wants me to do the rest of the first round, let me know. It takes a lot of time (much longer than I expected to do the top 10, LOL) but I'll try, if anyone is interested.

21/04/2021

Gonna do a mock draft and post it up this weekend. Opinions on players available will be done too. Stay tuned. I'm planning on being busier on this page.

20/04/2021

I’m dead. 100% facts. LOLOL

08/02/2021

Injuries matter. KC played tonight with both of their Starting OTs out. Their backups suck. It showed. Mahomes was running for his life all night. When you have to beat Brady’s cheating ass and the refs, you need your starters. Now Mahomes knows how Matt Ryan feels. Til next season!!! **kBrady **ktampa

14/12/2020

Matt Ryan cost us the game today. We expect better.
