The Project H.A.T.I.D. aims to improve the community through advocacy that seeks to ensure that the people can be educated about the skills that they can contribute towards the betterment of their locality. There are four SDGs that will benefit from the project, namely: Zero Hunger (2), Good Health and Well-being (3), Responsible Consumption and Production (11), and Life on Land (15). One of H.A.T.I.D.’s objectives is to distribute the budget to the low-income neighborhoods by handing out favor bags that include a household’s essentials such as food and sanitary products. In doing so, it will reduce the hunger in the area and improve the citizens’ well-being. Another goal of the program is to enlighten the people about the importance of recycling and its benefits towards the environment through a video presentation that will show a tutorial of how they can transform their wastes into eco-friendly products, therefore developing their skills on how to be responsible consumers and improve their life through promoting sustainability.
