My most recent commission for baby Beau. I can’t help but smile when looking at his smile ☺️ I have a special place in my heart for drawing frenchies.

It sounds strange, but after drawing pups, I can’t help but look at doggos differently — where now I see the details including wrinkle depth, ear proportions, eye sparkles, nose shines, muscle contours, and more.

✨Fun fact about me✨
I grew up partly in Manhattan NYC and for my 6th birthday, I asked for a book called the Big Encyclopedia for Dogs. It quickly became my favorite book EVER. I studied it from cover to cover full of dog breeds, their origins, historical facts, grooming requirements, behavioral traits, exercise level, and more. I would go around NYC and with ever dog I saw, I would name their breed (mixes too) and I still do to this day!

Pups will always be near and dear to me.

One of my newest portraits of 🎀

Drawing this trio made me smile the whole time. Those frenchie EARS! I swear they have supersonic hearing. I showed jazzy and she started playfully barking because she wanted to join the trio too ☺️

More commissions on the way! Drawing times were a bit slower over the Holidays as I was treasuring time spent with close family, although I’m back and ready to draw again. Thank you for the love and support of my small drawing biz 🥰
