Tikka Paneer

Recipe :
• 1 Kg Rozana Paneer
• 2-1/2 tsp Trupti Tandoori Masala
• 1 tbsp JoJo's Red Chilli Sauce
• 1tbsp Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Chillies authentic masala
• 1/2 lemon - squeeze
• salt to taste
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Red Onion
• 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper
Dhaniyah for garnishing

Method :

In a large bowl add all ingredients to paneer, marinate and allow to sit for +- 30 mins.

In a separate pan add in ghee and fry paneer until slightly crispy, add in mayonnaise, onion and pepper, summer for 10-15 min.

Garnish with Dhaniya, Serve Hot & Enjoy!
