“A professor at the university asked his students the following question:

- Everything that exists was created by God?
One student bravely answered:
- Yes, created by God.
- Did God create everything? - a professor asked.
"Yes, sir," replied the student.

The professor asked :

- If God created everything, then God created evil, since it exists. And according to the principle that our deeds define ourselves, then God is evil.

The student became silent after hearing such an answer. The professor was very pleased with himself. He boasted to students for proving once again that faith in God is a myth.

Another student raised his hand and said:

- Can I ask you a question, professor?
"Of course," replied the professor.
A student got up and asked:
- Professor, is cold a thing?
- What kind of question? Of course it exists. Have you ever been cold?
Students laughed at the young man's question. The young man answered:

- Actually, sir, cold doesn't exist.
According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is actually the absence of heat. A person or object can be studied on whether it has or transmits energy.
Absolute zero (-460 degrees
Fahrenheit) is a complete absence of heat. All matter becomes inert and unable to react at this temperature.

Cold does not exist. We created this word to describe what we feel in the absence of heat.

A student continued:
- Professor, does darkness exist?
— Of course it exists.
- You're wrong again, sir. Darkness also does not exist. Darkness is actually the absence of light. We can study the light but not the darkness.
We can use Newton's prism to spread white light across multiple colors and explore the different wavelengths of each color. You can't measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into the world of darkness and and illuminate it. How can you tell how dark a certain space is? You measure how much light is presented. Isn't it so? Darkness is a term man uses to describe what happens in the absence of light.

In the end, the young man asked the professor:
- Sir. does evil exist?
This time it was uncertain, the professor answered:
- Of course, as I said before. We see him every day. Cruelty, numerous crimes and violence throughout the world. These examples are nothing but a manifestation of evil.

To this, the student answered:
- Evil does not exist, sir, or at least it does not exist for itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is like darkness and cold—a man-made word to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not faith or love, which exist as light and warmth. Evil is the result of the absence of Divine love in the human heart. It's the kind of cold that comes when there is no heat, or the kind of darkness that comes when there's no light.

The student's name was Albert Einstein.”

This is why we do yoga!

The practice of yoga is to unite the mind, body and spirit.

It is to keep your physical body as strong as possible, so you can move through life with ease and less pain.

It is to connect you to spirit and deeper your faith in whatever belief system you have.

And it is to help you control your mind!

So what does this mean right now?

You have the physical strength to get through the hurricane, and do what you need to do to protect yourself and your loved ones.

You have a deep connection and faith and you know everything is in Devine order! You are Holy held 🩷

You know how to control your breath, therefore, you can control your mind and your body.

Do diaphragmatic breathing and the higher heart chakra meditation!

Reset yourself regularly through the next couple of days. Pay attention to how your body feels in every moment. And then decide, consciously, how you will respond to what your body is doing.

Remember, you chose to become human! You chose this experience! You asked for everything that comes with it!

Use all of the tools in your toolbox. Everything is a growing and learning experience! Will you do everything perfectly? Hell no! But will you do some things very well? Absolutely! And will this situation show you where you have weaknesses and vulnerabilities, and also strengths ! Definitely!

Years ago, anthropologist Margaret Mead was asked by a student what she considered to be the first sign of civilization in a culture. The student expected Mead to talk about fishhooks or clay pots or grinding stones.

But no. Mead said that the first sign of civilization in an ancient culture was a femur (thighbone) that had been broken and then healed. Mead explained that in the animal kingdom, if you break your leg, you die. You cannot run from danger, get to the river for a drink or hunt for food. You are meat for prowling beasts. No animal survives a broken leg long enough for the bone to heal.

A broken femur that has healed is evidence that someone has taken time to stay with the one who fell, has bound up the wound, has carried the person to safety and has tended the person through recovery. Helping someone else through difficulty is where civilization starts, Mead said."

🌟Exciting News in Thai Yoga Massage🌟

I’m thrilled to share that after dedicating nearly a decade to the practice and teaching of Thai Yoga Massage, I have been accepted into a prestigious teacher training program at a renowned Thai Massage school in Bangkok, Thailand!

Since 2014, I’ve worked full-time as a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, accumulating thousands of practice hours and hundreds of hours of advanced training. In 2023, I became a Continuing Education provider in the state of Florida 50–41964, offering 12-hour Thai Yoga Massage trainings for Yoga Teachers, Licensed Massage Therapists, and anyone interested in learning this ancient healing art.

Starting in November, I’ll officially represent this incredible Thai school internationally, providing my students with a unique opportunity:
