A little surf and turf on a Sunday. Skirt steak and shrimp! With some asparagus and avocado on the side!
These are so good! I pop them in the air fryer while I’m getting ready in the morning. 8 minutes and they’re done. Way cheaper than buying them at Starbucks each morning!

Found a new keto friendly wine! I went out to wolffer last weekend and got a few bottles of rosè and a white. I checked to see the carbs and was happily surprised!

It was so yummy! Skirt steak, onions, peppers, and some cheesy scrambled eggs!
Keto Friendly Quesadilla- made with mission tortillas and some cheddar cheese!
This Japanese BBQ sauce is so good! I get it at Costco but I’ve seen it other places. It tastes more like a teriyaki sauce, and of course I mixed it with my Spicy Mayo!
I tossed the shrimp in the sauce and put them in the airfryer for a few mins and done!
Scrambled with onions peppers and feta! Side of avocado! So good!
Lunch Time! I chopped up some red onion, bell pepper, and pepperoncini then added some olive oil salt and pepper. So yummy!
Sunday Morning! ☀️ these are carb friendly waffles with organic maple syrup! 👨🍳💋
🍋 Lemon Chicken!
2 tablespoons butter * divided
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cloves garlic * minced
1 shallot * minced
1 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
zest from one lemon
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup parsley * minced
lemon slices * optional
Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season both sides of the chicken with the salt and pepper and add to the skillet.
Cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. See notes for how to finish larger chicken breasts in the oven.
Remove the chicken and place on a plate. Tent with foil to keep warm.
Add the remaining butter to the skillet.
Once melted, add the garlic and shallots and cook for 1-2 minutes until translucent, scraping up any brown bits.
Pour in the chicken stock, lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy whipping cream.
Bring to a boil until reduced by half and thickened, about 2 minutes, then reduce heat to simmer.
Place the chicken back in the pan to warm, spooning the lemon garlic sauce over it.
This morning omelette! Same filling - mushrooms, onions, peppers, today had white cheddar!
Burger Bowl! Channeling my inner 5 guys with this! I’m just missing the grilled onions and mushrooms!
Easy Menu this week! Tonight just cooking some chicken breasts with sugar free bbq sauce and some burnt broccoli. My WildFork comes tomorrow; so I’ll make the ground turkey in to taco bowls, then some sausages, steaks and bunless burgers Friday!

Crab legs and short ribs! Merry Christmas to all!
So perfect 👩🍳 this eye round roast was on sale at stop and shop so off to Pinterest I went! It came out so perfect. I sliced some onions and put them in the bottom of the baking dish. Then just seasoned with Himalayan salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. popped it in the oven at 500 degrees for 20 mins, then turn it off and leave it in the over for 90 minutes. The drippings and the onions made a perfect gravy for dipping!
Burrata! Heat up the tomatoes with some salt and garlic powder! Delishhh!!!
Soooo yummy! Target has a ton of low carb and low sugar teriyaki sauces! I just chopped up some onions, peppers, and cubes some chicken breasts for this easy meal!
