whole egg is healthy.. and can consumed during the process of weigjt gain but inna limited amount.. So if you are on gaining then you can have 3 whole eggs and 2 egg whites. This ratio of 3:2 can be maintained if you increased the number of eggs..
but if you are on lossing then having only egg whites is beneficial to you..
