I had no idea what was going on with my left foot........ I stand for long periods of time but I've never had the arch of my feet hurt and the big toe and it swole really bad....... Went to my regular doctor she told me that it was falling arches and what to do...... She put me on naproxen which did not touch the pain at all I still hurt so bad I could hardly walk for 2 days.....
