Congratulations to .jiujiu for earning her jiu jitsu blue belt. This girl has gone above and beyond for the sbvjj family. Breaking down footage on competitors, checking brackets, judging & officiating, not to mention ripping through her last competition. I'm incredibly proud, and I can't wait to watch the continued progress.
"We enjoy choking people. We are good with weapons, and our hearts are full of rage." We Are Silent But Violent 👈🏻🤫👉🏻
Congratulations to these SBVJJ athletes who can now call themselves all Army champions. A special shout out to Patrick Terry, as he is a back to back champ.
Good rounds this morning, fighthouse. Congrats to everyone from who received a promotion this week.
Took a little trip up north and had another very successful tournament. I am so incredibly proud of this team. 👈🏻🤫👉🏻
Not a bad day for SBVJJ @ Naga Denver. We placed 6th overall out of 98 teams. In total, we brought home 13 medals and 2 belts. Also, congrats to Lane Peters on his promotion to blue belt.
This year SBVJJ gained two new blue belts and its first black belt. We made our first-ever appearance at a civilian jiu-jitsu tournament, bringing 4 athletes and coming home with 8 medals. Looking forward to 2024. It's going to be a big year for us.

The only defense against evil, violent people is good people who are more skilled at violence.
Big thank you going out to Alex Hilton and the Bullpen Fight Club for letting me come in and teach this morning. Awesome roll and exchange of techniques with someone I started this journey with as a white belt all the way back in 2008.
Back home where it all started at the Bullpen Fight Club. This man is responsible for starting me down the path that changed my life forever. One of the best mentors I’ve ever had. I owe a lot to this dude and I’m forever grateful for the lessons and leadership on the mat.

Throwback Pic. Doing Whatever It Takes To Get A Win.
Felt great to be back home on leave and have the opportunity to teach/roll at my home gym that shaped me into the martial artist I am today.
It was awesome to get to share this moment teaching with this guy. We started our bjj journey together, received our black belts together and spent 13 years training, beating the p**s out of one another and getting each other ready for fights. Being away for 3 years, we picked right back up where we left off.
NoGi Roll At Bullpen Fight Club.
Felt like 2011 back at the tonight. Never forget your roots.
Got after it this morning with these dudes.
