I’m finally finding some time to start a new project! It’s still early and still evolving. But the journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. Right? This is a 23” table top and I’ve chosen to paint a torus on it. Who wants to come and paint with me?

I haven’t posted any new paintings in quite a while. I’ve been dreaming of spring, and it made its way right into my mandala painting! I’ve had a hard time getting a picture that is true to color, but this one is fairly close. It’s about 18” across and sealed for decorative purposes. What will make its way into your mandala today?

As summer comes to an end (and the pool closes) the need to paint returns! It’s been a couple of months since I painted anything new, but this weekend, I found some time. I finished it today. It’s 10”x10” on a square canvas. Let us know what you think!

I crocheted my first baskets this weekend. Same basket in three sizes. I’m going to try some other colors.

The Farmington Senior Center is looking for a couple of incredible people, who have an hour or two a week to offer. We are in need of home delivered meal drivers, for a route that takes about an hour to run.

This is quite possibly one of the most rewarding things you will ever spend your time doing. Our homebound seniors wait every day for the friendly face that brings their lunch, offers a smile and kind word. But most of all, sometimes we are the only ones checking in on them. They NEED us. And honestly, they bless us as much as we bless them.

I think this one is done. I learned a few things. And the colors in the picture aren’t really true. It’s really more orange than it is red.

What a fantastic group of artists we had tonight! Zoom in and check out some of these beautiful mandalas! I had so much fun tonight, and I’m in awe of what they created!

This is one of my favorite color palettes I’ve done so far. It’s painted on wood and epoxied to make those colors POP! It comes with a hanger but you could also stand it in an easel. If this one speaks to you, it’s available for purchase.
