We acknowledge that there is an incredible amount of heartache and grief and death in this world. My protest and my privilege is to continue to build and care for what I love in the face of hopelessness and fear. What world will we build if this isn’t ever over? Where does our energy flow? Who do we rely on when we have exhausted our own strength? What does it truly mean to remove borders, be ‘radical’, or to experience peace?
