During the election, we’ll see people default to anger, and we may do the same ourselves. But Jesus’ call to love makes no exceptions for election season.

Developing discerning eyes to distinguish truth and lies is a must. This coming local and national election, it will be for the best that we have lens to navigate the world and choose the right candidate. Let's always be skeptical about what we are seeing, especially in the internet. Is it the truth? Did it came from a reputable source? Will it be beneficial for others? Will it serve the common good? Will he/she became a good example? Is he/she the right candidate? These are just some of the questions, we can ask ourselves. Be wary and be informed! Vote Wisely 😉.

This Holy Tuesday, the conspiracies to trap Jesus escalated. Israel’s religious leaders had one goal: to get rid of Jesus of Nazareth. If this meant cooperating with a lifelong enemy, any means would be justified.

We have all sinned and deserve God’s judgment. God, the Father, sent His only Son to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in Him. We depend on our smartphones for work, school, our personal and social lives. When was the last time you left home without your phone and kept on going? The internet has become a significant part of our daily lives. So too has social media. And it is having an impact on today’s teens.

Like most things, using social media has its positives (the good), its cautionary tales (the bad), and dangers (the ugly) that lurk and impact the lives of many, but especially teens.
