Happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful to be back and in business at NOVA and especially for all the first responders and their continued efforts and hard work in keeping our communities safe and healthy! I'm thankful for my friends and family and for all the opportunities of the upcoming year.

Hi there!
For those of you who do not know me, my name is Shane Sholl and after retiring from the Police Department, I became a mortgage Loan Officer with Nova Home Loans. My goal was to assist first responders and their family members to achieve their goals of home ownership and refinances. During 2020 and the first part of 2021 I was able to do just that but, after an injury in early 2021, I had to take a leave of absence.
After numerous months of rehabilitation and therapy, I am once again able to help those who deserve it the most, to achieve the “American Dream.”
So many first responders and organizations including the Tucson Police Officers Association and the Tucson Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police and members of the Tucson Fire Department assisted me in my recovery. I am so thankful for all those who helped me in my recovery and return to this profession and my second career. As a continued promise, I will always do what I can to help those who deserve it the most and who I call the real Heroes.
Please see the attached flyer and give me a call if you have any questions or just want to talk about the possibility of home ownership or a refinance to accomplish goals you may have. I am licensed throughout Arizona so please extend my appreciation to first responders you may know throughout our state.

Thank you for what you do each and every day out there!

Sincerely,

Shane Sholl
