"My name is Mary Reimer. I live here in Watertown, Minnesota, at the Rock Island mobile home community. I wanted to just take a minute and thank the new management for all the improvements they've made since buying the community. We're a smaller neighborhood (with less than 50 homes), but the previous owners did almost nothing to maintain it. Many of the lots were getting pretty run down. After the new owners bought the park, they IMMEDIATELY began fixing things. They brought in brand new homes, and I heard more will be added in the future. Yes, they've increased the lot rent, but it's still very reasonable and they continue to invest in improving the community. We have more families with children here now (including my own)! Pets are welcome as long as you're a responsible owner. I know nearly all the residents. We look out for each other. Oh and one more thing. Our new community manager Wanda is very creative and always has so many fun ideas to continue to make this a safe, family-friendly neighborhood.
