This before and after is of my boyfriend who is constantly exposed to dirt, dust, debris, the sun, and sweat. He works outdoors for 8+ hours of the day and practices martial arts. He came in with his face feeling raw, bruised, and sensitive to the touch. I knew doing any sort of exfoliation or adding any heat to the skin would further irritate it.

For this facial I stuck to gentle, but effective skincare and was still able to see significant improvement and results in his skin. Remember that to see results you don’t always need to use harsh scrubs or intense exfoliation. Everyone’s skin is different. As an esthetician it’s my job to curate a routine/treatment that best fits your skin type and skin concerns. He came in with enlarged pores and left with them visibly smaller along with soothed, calm, and hydrated skin.

(The mark on that side of his face is from his class and dissipated a couple days after the facial without any scarring or further irritation.)
