About the Book
My new book, “Inside In**st: Psychotherapy and Energy Healing Transform This Therapist, and a Guide for Survivors” talks about my personal story of childhood trauma and emotional neglect. In**st is the hidden plague that no one wants to discuss. I decided to share my story of childhood trauma to ignite the conversation and to bring awareness to an issue that needs to be a part of the conversation of abuse. Not only do I share my personal story, but I also share my experience as a psychotherapist and an energy healer. My hope is to help survivors and their loved ones by providing insightful healing techniques and to express that they are never alone.
