I'll be covering Tina's beautiful Yoga SLO-FLO class this Wednesday evening at 6:15pm - 7:15pm. We have a couple of places available if you'd like to join us for a mid-week treat.

Treat yourself on a Tuesday to an uplifting yoga flow. Feel good vibes, dynamic movement and lovely relaxation to end. Some experience of yoga would be beneficial to get the most from this class. Come and practice with us - we guarantee a warm welcome x

Well I can't think of a better way to spend a Monday morning than a detoxifying hot yoga class. I'm teaching in the wonderful each week from 9am to 10:15am. Hot Yoga Vital is a 75 minute sequence, full of movement & balance, and really sets you up for the day ahead!

After a week of feeling under the weather, I loved getting back to practice today - just a steady stretch with lots of yin to feel like new 🥰

It’s the first step that’s the hardest, whether getting your trainers on for a run or rolling out your mat for yoga- once you’ve started the rest follows.. it’s just about getting started 🧘‍♀️ 💕
