The Saw is a pilates move that helps strengthen the abs, obliques, quads, hamstrings, and pelvic floor muscles. This is a beginner movement, but may be challenging for those with tight neck, shoulder, or hamstring muscles.
If this is you, you can do this movement with modifications.
Do this movement 6-10x/ set.

On April 30th and May 7th I will be teaching a virtual Pilates Mat Class with the soft ball. This class will be low intensity and beginner friendly.
