Leading developer in VisMin Cebu Landmasters’ first estate development Davao Global Township (DGT) was recently awarded as Best Township in Asia by PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2021. Phase 1 of the P33 billion landmark township is set for grand launching within the year. This includes DGT’s first residential community The East Village, a lifestyle mall DGT City Center and DGT Cultural Center.

The East Village at DGT was sold out in 4 days with a record P4.068 billion sales.
