Full Job Description
* Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
* Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
* Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
* Pick up trash around property
* Empty trash and recycling bins
* Stock and maintain supply rooms
* Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools if needed
* Vacuum, sweep and mop floors

Production Floor Employee Job Description
A Production Worker, or General Production Worker, is responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment. Their duties include placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.
Job Duties and Resposibilities
• Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
• Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
• Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
• Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
• Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders
• Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery

CNC Hotwire Operator
Job Description
Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience operating CNC machine.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Produce finished product by programming, setting up and operating through completion.
• Write, store and retrieve programs for cutting foam.
• Prioritize work orders for timely completion to accommodate customer needs.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, troubleshoot malfunctions.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Running, Set up, programming vertical & horizontals
• G code knowledge with ability to write and to troubleshoot
• Skilled in programming and operating MACH 1.

• Keep detailed records of issues noticed during measurement or visual inspection tests
• Conduct Equipment tests to ensure accuracy and record results
• Ensure test equipment is properly calibrated.

Assistant Plant Manager Duties and Job Requirements

• To maintain, compile, store and retrieve any data and information related to the production

• They are responsible for resolving any employee issues with the help of plant manager and human resource department.
• They makes sure that all the safety and precautionary measures are taken care of by adhering to the company rules and regulations.
• They can also train employees in case at any point a backup is needed.
• They can implement different ideas to provide innovative operating procedures and methods to eliminate the obstacles in the production and improve the quality after discussing with the plant manager.
• They are capable of revising the schedules in case of absence of employees or in case of failure of production equipment.
• They also review the production, quality, operations and maintenance reports to know the pros and cons related to the production work.
• They can provide some suggestions to reduce the cost of production.
