Like most things in our society, makeup has been assigned a gender, when in reality, it doesn’t have one. I’m not saying that all men need to run to cosmetic shop and buy an eyeshadow palette. However, if a man chooses to, we need to stop thinking that it’s a commentary on his masculinity or sexuality.
Beauty products are for everyone regardless of one’s gender identity, and it’s time we normalize wearing makeup for those who have been instructed not to.
Whether I'm wearing lots of makeup
or no makeup, I'm always the same
person inside.

SHREE JAGANNATHA SOCIETY UK ( SJS UK ) organized a unique fund-raising cultural programme SAMARPAN, Bhakti becomes Nritya at RADA Studio (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art) London,showcasing two famous Indian classical dance forms: Odissi and Kathak along with our jugalbandi.

* DANCE WORKSHOP *
Dance it’s an art form which is almost everyone’s favorite. Isn’t it? So, considering the importance of the art and how it is so relevant even in today’s times, we are having an Odissi and a Bollywood dance workshop ( treating in folk style )
21st Saturday ,Odissi- 11am to 12:30pm
Bollywood- 1pm to 2:30pm
22nd Sunday ,Odissi- 11am to 12:30pm
Bollywood- 1pm to 2:30pm.
