I have changed the prices to reflect how much it will cost to convince me to make one for you.

PM me if you want any of the above.

DIY Rear Fender 05/11/2019

This fender was one of my first composite (fiberglass) projects. The tire in these pictures is a 10" x 7". In this album each photo will show and explain what was done to make this work.

I would like to revisit this project and start making carbon fiber fenders for the 5" mini fatty, the 7" fatty, and the 8" fatty for others. But until then I hope these pictures can help some of you make your own.

"For everyone that has asked, and everybody that is gonna ask here is a 'how-to' on modifying the stock air intake system. This applies to '03 thru '19 Ruckus scooters."
