There were large helpings of traditional good luck for this boutique wedding in Umbria. In Italy rain is considered a symbol of abundance and an Italian expression states:“Sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata” - “A wet bride is a lucky bride”.

These beautiful bridal flowers were hand grown by the gorgeous bride. 6 months before her wedding she went - seeds in hand - to the fertile earth of in Umbria where they blossomed like love on a summers day! Awwww! So beautiful 🤩. Naturally only a bespoke wedding ceremony would do! ☀️

I love to have lots of crystals around my home. When I write a script for a ceremony I feel like they help clear my mind, connect with energy and charge up my creativity. They work hard so I brought them down to the beach for a little cleansing bath 😅
