What is Social Anxiety?
(For a better understanding)
- it is more than shyness, it is a condition more like a fear that doesn't go away easily.
Morelike of a thing that is reminding of our bad past. It affects our daily life activities, lower's our self confidence and occassionally it makes you feel out of place.

Things that a Social anxiety can cause:
- Low self esteem
- loss of interest in activities
-overthinking
- being paranoid in small things
- worries alot
-often times of sleeping

It may sound that unalarmming although it is important that we must also focus on small things to avoid the problem causing things.
