Hello lovely people of Ghana!
My name is Benedicta Sarfoa Asamoah from Adanse Akrokeri (Akrokyere), representing the Ashanti Region in this year’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful. I go by the stage name “Sarfoa”.

I am an old girl of Yaa Asantewaa Girls’ Senior High School and an Alumna of the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Dance Studies. I currently work as a Research Assistant at the Center For Ageing Studies on Legon Campus.

I love to read, listen to music, sing, dance, cook and swim. I also love to help people become the very best version of themselves.

Generally, prisons have been tagged as a place for outcasts as well as people who are condemned. I would like to demur and rather posit that prisons should be seen as correctional centers or facilities that transform prisoners to become great citizens for the country.
